Requested a 'work from home' office setup that incorporated a standup desk, storage & sleek finish. Kevin came out and promptly quoted up & discussed the design options. Less than 6 weeks later & the install gent arrived & promptly, cleanly installed my brand new space which i Love. He was great & helped put the desk top onto the standup frame & assisted to ensure it worked. Thank you so much! Professional and practical!

We had waited many years to undertake our kitchen renovation because we knew we needed to also include new flooring, windows and a new laundry and toilet. We had looked at numerous different kitchen designs but it wasn’t till we met Richard (Flexi designer) that we knew we were being listened to and he had such a flair for making it even more than we expected. He is an absolute gentleman and delight to work with. We are absolutely delighted either way the end result in both the bathroom and laundry. We would like to also thank Luke (Scope Project Manager) for his patience, flexibility, calm nature and commitment to helping us get them both installed. We had to work with so many different trades and moving timeframes. There were a few hiccups along the journey but each and every one of them was fixed, resolved without an issue. Kitchen renovation went well. They work professional and very friendly which result a great and quality new kitchen. From small kitchen its extended and have a walk-in pantry too.

We had Kevin come out to quote us for fitting out our walk in wardrobes. He was very professional and gave us lots of options and wasn't a pushy salesman either. We decided to go ahead with the install and the whole process from start to finish was really smooth and communication was excellent. The wardrobes were installed just before Christmas by David and he did a brilliant job and left the place spotless afterwards. Really happy with the results and would highly recommend Flexi.

Kevin has just been around to my house to design a wardrobe for my guest bedroom. Two years ago he designed several other wardrobes and a wall unit in my Federation home as well as a very complex job creating six cupboards to accommodate antique screens as doors. The creative process, with Kevin at the helm, was rewarding and stress free. He really listened to what I wanted and made wonderful suggestions. We had fun with it! The project was completed as it had begun, excellent communication throughout, seamless administration, a big shout out to Donna for that, and finally installation by a team of very professional and efficient young men whose warm personalities brought joy into our house. My husband was very unwell at the time. They were kind to him and made him smile. The whole experience was positive and I looked forward to this opportunity to do business with Flexi again. Apologies for being a little late with our review — we wanted to get the kitchen painted first so we could truly show it off in all its glory! We recently had our kitchen and butler’s pantry designed and built by Flexi Renovation in Joondalup, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. From start to finish, the team was professional, organised, and a pleasure to deal with. There was a slight mix-up at the beginning, and the project started a little later than expected, but it was quickly resolved and soon back on schedule. From that point on, everything ran smoothly, and communication was excellent throughout. A special mention to Richard, our designer, who was outstanding. He had a great understanding of what would and wouldn’t work in our space, offered honest, practical advice, and was always patient with our changes. His design skills and attention to detail brought our vision to life beautifully. The project involved a fair amount of demolition, which was handled by Fix-A-Wall, who did a fantastic job — efficient, tidy, and thorough. Pete, the plasterer, was also brilliant, not only exceptional at his work but also brought humour and good energy to the site, making the process enjoyable. The electricians were professional, punctual, and meticulous, while the team from Oceanic Plumbing were equally impressive, reliable, skilled, and easy to communicate with. We’d happily use both again in future. A big thanks also to Craig, the project manager, who was excellent at troubleshooting and keeping things on track. His calm, proactive approach gave us confidence from start to finish. We feel we got a lot of kitchen for our budget, it honestly looks a million dollars but didn’t cost anywhere near that. The quality, design, and workmanship exceeded our expectations, and we’ve had so many compliments from friends and family. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Flexi Renovation Joondalup, and especially Richard and Craig, to anyone wanting a high-quality, stylish, and stress-free renovation experience.

A very pleasing result. overall to our WIR. Kevin was extraordinarily attentive through the whole process. Dave and his installation team treated our home as though it was their own. When a couple of unforseen issues arose during installation, Kevin, David and Flexi were straight onto it with no delays and total commitment to ensure we were happy. A rare level of commitment and customer service.

I engaged with Flexi after a recommendation from a work colleague. I met with Ross, who helped the decision-making process very easy. We met onsite and then followed up with one more meeting instore to pick what we wanted. A great range from entry level to top and Ross explained everything easily. Really happy with the price, install and after sales service. Before and after are better than I hoped for!

We recently had our large walk in robe renovation installed by Flexi. And we are in love!! From the first phone call to meeting Kevin who helped us design and utilise all the wasted space, we now have an amazing functional walk in robe. Everyone we spoke to when dealing with Flex were helpful and friendly. The installers on the day came prompty at 7am as expected and they were fantastic guys with their workmanship. We did get a couple of other quotes and whilst Flex might not be the cheapest and we had to wait 2 months for the installation, we were very happy with everything and knowing it is made in WA was another factor. We would definately use Flexi again. Thanks everyone at Flexi!

Ross and guys did an excellent job on a tall bookcase for me - exactly to my specifications. They are currently doing a much smaller job for me, and it is good to know they are available for projects out of the ordinary.

Very happy with the service and it looks great. The office and wardrobes are very well designed. It feels like a much better use of space and I love my vanity table.
